Where we take delivery enquiries

We take India-focused enquiries, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkata. A city appearing on the website is not confirmation that every PIN code is serviceable. International shipping is not a listed service.

How the courier quote works

Tell us the packet sizes, number of packets and delivery PIN code. We will need to confirm the applicable courier charge. A product subtotal shown in the bag is not a final delivered price.

Dispatch and tracking

No universal dispatch promise, fixed delivery window or specific courier partner is advertised. Ask for the expected timing and tracking arrangements in the confirmed order terms. Courier delays or address issues may affect arrival.

Delivery address

Check the complete address and PIN code before accepting a quote. Contact us promptly if anything changes. Any additional courier cost or change in serviceability needs to be discussed; it is not automatically added to your bag.

Problems with a parcel

If a parcel arrives damaged, is incorrect or has another issue, contact us with your order reference and available photos. Keep the packaging where practical to help investigate. Read our returns and refunds information.
